We are looking for a Junior Live Events Technician to join our ever growing production team. This role is best suited for either a college / uni graduate, or someone looking to get involved in the live events sector. We provide the Audio Visual equipment (speakers, microphones, video screens, cameras, lights, special FX etc) for live events, as well as run the shows.
You'll be working closely with the production manager, helping each event from start to finish. You will be provided full training on our equipment, with the ultimate goal that you can go out and run shows with our team, as well as by yourself.
When there's not a show on, you'll be required to work in the warehouse with the rest of the team, prepping & deprepping equipment, performing equipment maintenance, testing equipment, general cleaning & organisation of the warehouse, as well as continuous training on all equipment owned.

Responsibilities:
- Prepping & deprepping equipment for jobs
- Rigging & derigging equipment on shows
- Operating shows
- Operation of audio, lighting, video & special FX
- Loading & unloading vans / trucks
- Cleaning & maintenance of warehouse & equipment
- Vehicle driving
- Keeping our rental software (Current RMS) up to date

Requirements:
- Full drivers license
- To work antisocial hours (weekends, overnights etc)
- Availability to work and stay in London a few days a week (hotels provided etc)
- Genuine interest in the live events scene
- Some knowledge on AV equipment would be of great benefit
- Live around the Hampshire area, due to having to commute to Bishops Waltham office / warehouse
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13 - £15 an hour, depending on experience
